About Jesmond Dene House
Jesmond Dene House is an independent boutique hotel and restaurant occupying a Grade II listed Arts and Crafts building beside Jesmond Dene, the wooded valley at the northern edge of Jesmond. The hotel has 41 bedrooms, and its Fern Dining Room holds an AA Rosette, serving a menu built around seasonal ingredients alongside breakfast, Sunday lunch and afternoon tea. A bar offers wines, cocktails and other drinks, and there are private dining rooms and outdoor spaces including a walled garden. The house is also a wedding and events venue, and holds AA Red Stars. Its setting places it close to open greenery while remaining only minutes from Newcastle city centre.
