About Subwaves Music Studios

Subwaves Music Studios offers one-to-one music tuition and recording services from a city-centre studio at 6 Old Eldon Square in Newcastle upon Tyne, a short Metro hop from Jesmond, with additional teaching locations elsewhere in the UK and online lessons worldwide via Zoom, Skype and FaceTime. Lessons cover singing, guitar, piano and music production, taught by founder Jamie Devine, a vocal coach, guitar teacher and production tutor, alongside a team of professional musicians, and are open to all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to those preparing for graded examinations with Rockschool, Trinity or ABRSM. Sessions run from 30 minutes to a full hour, priced from 30 to 40 pounds depending on the teacher and duration. The studio also provides recording, mixing and mastering, and runs a studio session package in which participants record one or two songs with a producer and engineer. Gift cards for lessons are available.
