About art-K Jesmond
art-K Jesmond is a neighbourhood art studio at 197 Sandyford Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, part of the art-K network of small-group studios across the UK. It runs beginner-friendly art classes for adults in which each project is tailored to the individual, so students can experiment with watercolour, charcoal sketching or mixed media and work at their own pace within a supportive, sociable creative community. No previous experience is required and all materials are provided. Sessions run on a regular weekly timetable, making it simple to build art into a busy routine, and the studio is an easy walk from Osborne Road or a short hop from West Jesmond Metro. The same studio also offers classes for children. Details of class times and enrolment are available through the art-K website.
