Rio Brazilian Steakhouse on Osborne Road in Jesmond serves rodizio-style dining, in which continuous cuts of fire-roasted meat are carved at the table for a single set price. The selection runs to eighteen cuts in total, including picanha, sirloin, beef ribs and seasoned chicken, complemented by a gourmet salad bar of salads, seasonal vegetables, cheeses and grains, which is also available on its own. The restaurant offers separate lunch and evening service, with reduced pricing for children, and includes a private dining room and a full cocktail and wine bar.
