About This Event
Eddie Doyle blends electronic, trip-hop and art-rock influences into what they call post-Catholic post-rock. Classically trained and a former church choir singer, Doyle has been drawing audiences with emotive, introspective vocals since debuting a solo electronic set in early 2025. Sounds of the Underground stages music, drama and comedy in the historic Victoria Tunnel beneath Newcastle, with a leaning towards the weird, experimental and unexpected. The ticket time is the stage time, so arrive about ten minutes early to be seated.
