About This Event
Bamburgh Castle's summer programme runs throughout August with a range of family-friendly activities inside one of England's most dramatic castles. The programme includes the Tails & Tales indoor sculpture trail, The Last Kingdom TV props and costume display, the Uhtred of Bebbanburg guided tour, and Little Makers creative workshops for younger visitors. The castle itself is spectacular — perched on a volcanic outcrop overlooking the Northumberland coastline with views to the Farne Islands and Holy Island. Events are included with castle admission.
