About Gosforth Leisure Centre

Gosforth Leisure Centre on Regent Farm Road is operated by Better, the brand of the charitable social enterprise GLL, and offers swimming and fitness facilities close to Jesmond. The pool provision includes a 25-metre main pool for lane swimming, a learner pool for building water confidence and a smaller pool. Alongside swimming, there is a fully equipped gym, a sauna and steam room, a fitness studio and over forty weekly classes covering group cycle, yoga, Pilates, HIIT and aqua aerobics. Junior and over-50s sessions are also available, with pay-as-you-go, day pass and membership options. The centre is next to Regent Centre Metro station and has on-site parking and step-free access.
