The Jesmond centre is managed by Deepa, who holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University. She was shortlisted for the Royal Academy of Engineering Enterprise Fellowship in 2024 and is a STEM Ambassadors member, bringing genuine academic depth to the role. Her experience spans lesson planning across A-levels, GCSEs, BTECs, and NVQs.
