This Friday it's Copper Ricebox, a Blyth-based pop-up serving vibrant Asian-style street food from their professional vintage trailer. Think fragrant rice boxes, loaded bites, and bold flavours — all cooked fresh to order. Copper Ricebox hold a 5-star food hygiene rating and are regulars at Jesmond Food Market and events across the North East. No booking needed — just turn up, order at the hatch, and eat in the Civic Theatre garden or take away.
