About This Event
Blyth Live returns to Blyth Beach on Saturday 20 June 2026, headlined by 90s icons D:Ream, whose number-one hit Things Can Only Get Better became one of the decade's defining anthems. The free all-day music festival is staged right on the seafront in front of the famous beach huts, making it one of the most scenic festival settings in the North East. Beyond the headline act, the day features a packed programme of live music, street theatre, community stalls, food vendors, a funfair and family-friendly entertainment throughout. Organised by Blyth Town Council, the festival is completely free to attend, making it one of the best-value days out of the summer.
