The firm is fully independent and directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Its wealth management services cover investment advice, retirement planning, pensions, inheritance tax planning, trust services and protection planning, and it can coordinate clients' legal and accountancy requirements. One of its financial advisers is a practising chartered accountant, and the firm draws on the tax expertise of Ryecroft Glenton's private client team. Portland serves clients locally and nationwide.
