About Hotpod Yoga Newcastle
Hotpod Yoga Newcastle runs hot yoga classes inside its signature inflatable pod, heated to 37 degrees, within the grounds of The Northumberland Club on North Jesmond Avenue, around a ten-minute walk from West Jesmond Metro. The timetable spans several styles, from slower Nurturing Flow and Foundation Flow to the more energetic Dynamic Flow, alongside Rest & Restore sessions. Classes are suitable for all levels and newcomers are welcome, with mats provided and yoga towel rental available. The studio has changing facilities and showers, and free parking is available on site. Membership runs on a monthly basis with no long-term contract, and class passes are also offered. Advance booking is required.
