About Essential Thyme
Essential Thyme is a massage therapy practice on the ground floor at 1 Osborne Road in Jesmond, run by therapist Sandra Hope. Treatments focus on pain management for chronic joint pain, everyday aches and niggles, pregnancy massage and injury rehabilitation, using a blend of techniques chosen to suit each client, with 30, 45 and 60-minute appointments available. The practice also runs accredited massage training courses and workshops, and sells handmade products including wax melts, candles, essential oils and soaps. The therapist is a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists and the Federation of Holistic Therapists, and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and the Complementary Medical Association.
